The Atelier.
How we work together, from your first idea to the final handoff. A clear brief, room for feedback, and a plan that fits your project.
Step 01
Brief.
Start with what you need.
Tell us what you are building, who it is for and where it will be used. References, technical requirements, your budget and a target date help define a useful starting point.
You do not need a finished specification. Share what is decided and what still needs working out.
Step 02
Scope.
Agree on the work.
Before production, we discuss the deliverables, file formats, priorities and timeline. The quote follows that scope, so you can decide whether it fits your project.
For project management, this means identifying responsibilities, milestones and how progress will be reviewed with your team.
Step 03
Review.
See it take shape.
An early draft gives you something concrete to respond to. Check the direction, proportions and intended use before the smaller details are finished.
Bring your feedback together around the agreed brief. If your needs change, we discuss the effect on scope, price and timing before continuing.
Step 04
Delivery.
Put the work to use.
The final review checks the agreed deliverables and file formats. Share any integration requirements early so the handoff fits your workflow.
For management work, we review progress against the agreed milestones, clarify outstanding tasks and plan the next handoff with your team.
Need help bringing it together?Project and development management starts with your team, current stage and priorities. We discuss the coordination you need, who owns each task, and how decisions and updates will be shared.
Tell us where you are starting.
Share your goal, references and timeline. We can work out the next step together.
From brief to handoff.
Understand the steps before you commit: define the brief, agree the scope, review the draft and prepare the handoff.
