Before you commission

Most questions come down to scope, time and price. Here is what to know first.

  • Yes. Enquire about project and development management through the brief form. Tell us about your team, current stage, priorities and target release date so we can discuss the scope and level of support you need.

  • Every piece is priced on its brief: size, detail and deadline. Send what you need through the commission form and you will get a quote before any work starts.

  • It depends on scope. A timeline is agreed with you up front, alongside the quote, so you know when the first draft and the final delivery will land.

  • What the piece is for, a few references you like, where it will be used (Roblox, Blender, a specific map), your budget range and your deadline. The more specific, the better the first draft.

  • Yes. Pan Hub buys, sells and trades virtual items. Get in touch with what you are looking for or what you want to move.

  • Email your project requirements. Relevant work samples can be discussed during the initial consultation.

  • You review a draft and provide feedback against the agreed brief. Revision scope is discussed before work begins; additional requests may change the quote or timeline.
